Strange Wilderness

first things first, craigslist has some very odd posts. some special words are said to gary while under the influence. lenten things are discussed. caleb had some kombucha and it was eventful. caleb goes a little nuts on the who political nonsense again. there’s an uncomfortable amount of religious discovery in this episode, btw. rafe stumbles through her weak knowledge of the catholic religion. get ready to learn about christian stuff. like lutherans. they pick their favorite religions. caleb breaks it down for everyone, including a flat earth. rafe finds out who the last excommunicated man was. they watched strange wilderness and caleb and rafe have very different reactions to the movie. the song battle continues with caleb rooting for strange/weird/odd in the title and rafe’s wild in the title. they want your feedback on facebook for who won the song battle. next time, just add water and songs about water and adding. don’t forget to like rafe hates caleb on facebook and follow @rafehatescaleb on twitter to stay in the loop with all their shenanigans.

Walk Hard

great opener and a great twitter talk about trending hashtags and topics. a bit of deadpool (but no spoilers, go listen to dude watches for that). caleb drinks some and pokes fun at rafe. caleb gets pissy at rafe for life decisions. valentine’s day happened, and tinder matches happened, and just generally great conversation. they squabble. caleb puts rafe on the spot by forcing her to talk during a very important tweet. more talk about the flash and arrow and whatnot. caleb is becoming more of an adult (see this tweet for more). hashtag somethingyoumaynotknow. they talk shit about walk hard: the dewey cox story and caleb is an asshat to rafe. rafe’s an asshat, too, in general. they battled with their songs, which caleb did walk and rafe did hard. caleb gets all up in the podcast’s grill by playing his songs. the battle gets pretty intense. next time, they’re watching strange wilderness and they’re splitting their songs again. caleb’s strange/weird/odd and rafe’s wild/wilderness in the song titles. don’t forget to like rafe hates caleb on facebook and follow @rafehatescaleb on twitter to stay in the loop with all their shenanigans.

a bit of the GOP debate is discussed because rafe has no idea what’s going on in america. caleb says words and stutters. there’s more political talk and then pinata talk and then impersonations. rafe has sad news about her work. rafe is tough on fun and dreams, and caleb has a very real story about it. really shitty. caleb gets so worked up he stutters more and it’s amazzzinnngggg. rafe makes caleb laugh during his depressing story, so she feels validated. also depressing birthday cards. update on the caleeb teacher. they talk about sperm aliens in battle for terra. more potato. some pocahontas. HEY go back mythica 4!!! NAOW. it’s got kevin sorbo in it, for god’s sake. and holy jesus, rafe doesn’t even know what’s going on with dragon warriors aka dudes and dragons aka rafe is a horrible president. caleb has a special challenge for our listeners.
