– if you haven’t played the swan song, near-masterpiece creation of pandemic studios, “the saboteur,” which takes place in nazi-occupied france in 1940, you’re seriously missing out. it’s got a vibe of gta-style open world, assassin’s creed-style stealth, a fairly well-written revenge storyline, and phenomenal art direction that makes narrative use of color in ways previously unseen in gaming. this is the dictionary definition of “criminally underrated” and under-exposed.
