– it has been said that even bad pizza is good. to each their own with their pizza topping choices. my biggest concern with “bad pizza” is that it isn’t cooked properly. all too often, the center isn’t cooked right and since you take a bite out of the middle of a pizza first once it is sliced, that first bite can make or break the pizza.
