colors, soda, and beer. everything that screams SPOOKTACULAR!! caleb regales the audience with a weird dream, then rafe and caleb take turns reading creepy stories from huffington post and buzzfeed. ugh. also a reddit post about a scary story in five words or less. good stuff! caleb drinks and burps a lot, and then they talk about bruce willis in death becomes her in basically the longest review/summary ever. good luck, everyone! rafe tries to keep things on track by insisting they go over their spooky death songs. Blind Date (1987)

rafe complains about allergies and caleb complains about… laughing? yeah it’s a weird show. but hey, good news about lucifer and tom welling! after tons of rambling, rafe is excited about the book thing opens back up in baltimore! they also have a deep discussion about which blade runner should be watched. then they get into a debate about star wars. it goes on for quite a bit… if you want to skip it, they stop arguing about 40 minutes in. then they talk about the bruce willis movie, blind date. after that, time for the songs! caleb did blind and rafe did date. SPOOKTACULAR is coming up, so they need to pick a movie!! also next week they’ll be watching bruce willis in sunset. at the end, rafe remembers that kristin bell did an AMA on reddit so if you’re a fan, go check out her answers. anyway, go vote for the SPOOKTACULAR movie!!!

Spooktacular 2016! (Tusk)

rafe warms up on the air, and then things get serious when rafe mourns a loss. then caleb and rafe establish the drinking game rules:
1. can’t say FUN
2. must respond to SPOOKTACULAR by making ghost noises
3. if someone sings, you have to combat it with another related song, or drink
4. special audience rule: drink whenever they say “BETCH”
please feel free to play along, if you are of a legal drinking age and won’t drive drunk.
they discuss the twitter vote (winner is announced, guys. it’s a pretty big deal) and caleb complains about his computer and rafe complains about drinking. rafe is trying to get brony to watch the room, and caleb gets sidetracked with masturbation. they swear and drink. rafe tries to read a crappy poem on the internet which goes horribly wrong, and they talk about tusk, starring justin long, written/directed by kevin smith. caleb has some thoughts on haley joel osment, who was also in tusk. caleb recites REALLY BAD POETRY. caleb makes rafe spill her drink after almost spitting out stuff. then rafe reads some of her old stupid myspace posts and caleb pisses her off. they do their songs about animals and caleb sings A LOT. next week, they’ll be watching justin long in yoga hosers, and they’ll do songs about stretching. don’t forget to like rafe hates caleb on facebook and follow @rafehatescaleb on twitter to stay in the loop with all their shenanigans.
